Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • customized, personalized, or made-to-order items;
  • gift cards, if applicable;
  • items returned incomplete or not in their original condition;
  • items damaged after delivery due to customer use, handling, storage, or negligence.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dopecaviar.com

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at hello@dopecaviar.com.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • product availability;
  • return approval;
  • inspection of the returned item.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable solution at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

If your refund is approved:

  • the refund will be made to the original payment method whenever possible;
  • if refunding to the original payment method is not possible, we may offer store credit or another appropriate solution;
  • original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or an approved defective/damaged item claim.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our side, a damaged item, or an incorrect item sent by us:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • original shipping charges are not refundable;
  • customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. We are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refused Deliveries and Uncollected Packages

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pay applicable customs charges:

  • return and reshipping costs may be deducted from any approved refund;
  • original shipping charges and third-party fees may not be refunded.

International Orders

We serve customers in Morocco and internationally. For international orders:

  • delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing;
  • customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply;
  • such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds for international orders remain subject to this Refund Policy, including the non-refundability of customs charges, carrier fees, and currency conversion costs, except where required by law.

Currency and Payment Provider Differences

Because our Website may display prices in multiple currencies, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charged amount due to:

  • bank fees;
